Coarse Fishing competition at Movanagher

Department of Culture, Arts & Leisure (DCAL), in association with Waterways Ireland and Coleraine Borough Council, are planning to hold a Coarse Fishing Angling competition on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 July 2010 as part of the River Bann festival 'Riverfest'.

The event will be held at Movanagher Canal on the River Bann near Kilrea. Each day there will be £250.00 angling vouchers as prizes.

Competitors should assemble at 9.45am in the Canal middle car park for a draw at 10.00am with fishing to commence at 11.00am.

All competitors should ensure they include their name, address, telephone number and specify which day they wish to compete. All anglers should have the necessary licence and permits prior to the competition.
