It is encouraging to see that the investment we have made in the skills of this sector, in particular through the work of the ICT Future Skills Action Plan, is paying off.
“It clearly demonstrates that the focus we have placed on promoting the high level knowledge and skills needed to do the high value jobs of the future economy is the right one.
“This announcement also shows that the hard work being done in presenting Northern Ireland as a good place to do business is delivering the right results, and my Department will continue to do all it can to support the work of Invest Northern Ireland in this regard.”
The Department for Employment and Learning has a range of programmes available to help business ensure their workforce has the right skills for the job.
