Omagh LPS office closed due to floods

The Land & Property Services office at Boaz House in Omagh is closed today as a result of yesterday’s flooding.

Staff cannot access the building pending a damage and health and safety assessment of the premises, and both Rating and Valuation Services have been disrupted.

Anyone needing to contact the office regarding rate collection should phone 0845 300 6360; for capital valuations phone 0800 197 0611.
