Pomeroy company fined £500 for planning breach

Mallaghan Convience DIY Ltd, of 199 Termon Road, Pomeroy, Dungannon was fined £500 at Magherafelt Magistrates’ Court today for failing to comply with planning conditions.

The company pleaded guilty to non compliance with a Planning Breach of Condition Notice seeking the compliance of Plannning Conditions attached to a Planning Approval for the extraction of sand and gravel at lands west of No. 3 Brackaghlisea Road, Draperstown.
