Belfast man fined for planning offence
Thursday, 25 February 2010A Co Antrim man was today fined £750 at Lisburn Magistrates' Court today for non-compliance with a Planning Service Submission Notice
Mr Charles Finnegan of Hannastown Hill, Belfast, failed to submit a retrospective planning application for the retention of infill material which had been deposited illegally at a site on the Tullynewbank Road, Glenavy.
Mr Finnegan was also ordered to pay £101 towards the Department of Environment’s court costs.
