A Donemana man was fined £1,000 plus £85 costs at Strabane Magistrates’ Court today for failing to cease the use of two dwellings as offices.
Sean Devine of Moorlough Road, Donemana, was convicted for not complying with an Enforcement Notice which required him to cease the use of land as a contractor’s yard and two adjoining dwellings as offices, both of which are also located at Moorlough Road. The Magistrate has given Mr Devine six months to find alternative premises.
