Dungannon couple fined £10,000 for unauthorised engineering business

A Co Tyrone husband and wife were fined £5,000 each plus costs at Dungannon Magistrates’ Court on the 9 November 2009 for not complying with a Planning Service Enforcement Notice.

Mr Seamus Kerr and Mrs Dolores Josephine Kerr of Tullyodonnell Road, Rock, Dungannon, were convicted for not complying with the Notice which required them to cease operating an engineering works at lands opposite 50 Tullyodonnell Road, Rock, Dungannon.
