Portadown man fined £400 for planning offence
Monday, 14 September 2009A Co Armagh man has today been fined £400 plus £75 legal costs and £25 court costs at Craigavon Magistrates' Court for failing to comply with planning regulations.
Mr Dean Douglas of 29 Harcourts Hill Portadown pleaded guilty to non-compliance with a Planning Enforcement Notice seeking the removal of a workshop/store, the removal of hardsurfacing, the closure of an access and reinstatement of the site at this address.
