Woman convicted of benefit fraud at Coleraine Court
Monday, 21 June 2010A woman was convicted at Coleraine Magistrates’ Court for claiming benefits she was not entitled to.
The Ballymoney woman failed to declare capital while claiming Income Support and Rates Rebate totalling £16,140. She was given a £300 fine and ordered to pay £70 court costs.
She was granted a compensation order for £16,140.
