Belfast woman convicted of benefit fraud

A woman was convicted at Belfast Crown Court yesterday for claiming benefits she was not entitled to.

The Belfast woman (48) was given a two year probation order for failing to declare employment while claiming Income Support totalling £19,361.

Mrs Reynolds is also required to repay any outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Social Security Agency.
