Three convicted of benefit fraud at Enniskillen court
Three people were convicted of benefit fraud at Enniskillen Magistrates’ court yesterday for claiming benefits they were not entitled to.

A person from Drumclay was given a one year conditional discharge and ordered to pay court costs of £19 for wrongful encashment of Income Support totalling £302.
A Gortnacally man claimed Income Support totalling £2,614 while failing to declare capital. He was given a one year conditional discharge and ordered to pay court costs of £28.
An Enniskillen man claimed Jobseekers Allowance totalling £2,759 while failing to declare employment. He was given 60 hours community service and ordered to pay court costs of £28.
All are also required to repay any outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Social Security Agency.
