Coleraine woman convicted of Benefit Fraud
Tuesday, 9 March 2010A Coleraine woman was convicted at Dungannon Magistrates’ Court yesterday for claiming benefits she was not entitled to.
She was fined £300 and ordered to pay court costs of £40 for failure to declare employment while claiming Income Support totalling £6,683.
She is also required to repay the money wrongfully obtained to the Social Security Agency.
