Enniskillen man convicted of benefit fraud

A man was convicted at Enniskillen Magistrates’ Court yesterday for claiming benefits they were not entitled to.

The Enniskillen man (55) was fined £300 and ordered to pay court costs of £34 for failure to declare capital while claiming Income Support and Rates Rebate totalling £13,125.

He has repayed all money wrongfully obtained to the Social Security Agency.
