| 2.13 | NSMC and BIC decision papers shall be circulated to all members of the Executive Committee in advance of the NSMC or BIC meeting at which they are to be discussed. Such circulation should take place in accordance with any arrangementsagreed by the Executive. Any member of the Executive Committee may seek a discussion on such a paper at a meeting of the Executive Committee. Where a decision paper ought, by virtue of section 20(3) or (4) of the Act, to be considered by the Executive Committee, it shall be brought to the attention of the Executive Committee by the responsible Minister (s). |
