A man was fined £1,000 at Strabane Magistrates’ Court yesterday for failing to demolish two sheds built without planning permission.
Gordon Forbes of 98 Melmount Road, Strabane, was convicted for not complying with an Enforcement Notice requiring the demolition of two sheds at Bellspark Road Sion Mills, County Tyrone, and the removal of all rubble and resulting materials.
The Planning Service brought the action under Article 67A(1)(a) of the Planning (NI) Order 1991 (as amended).
