Mr Arnott Anderson, Knockanroe Road, Cookstown, Co Tyrone was convicted at Dungannon Magistrates' Court on 1 February 2010 of one charge under the Welfare of Animals (Transport) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006.
Mr Anderson pleaded guilty and was fined £400 plus £25 costs.

- Mr Anderson was convicted of one charge, of causing a bovine animal to be transported which was not fit for the journey, contrary to Regulation 5(1)(a) of the Welfare of Animals (Transport) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 and Council Regulation (EC) No 1/2005 Article 3.
