08 February 2010 - Farmer convicted at Duingannon Court

Mr Gary Trainor, Crievelough Road, Brantry, Dungannon, Co Tyrone, was convicted at Dungannon Magistrates’ Court on 8 February 2010 of one charge under the Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006.

Mr Trainor pleaded guilty and was fined £500 plus £43 costs.
