Mr Fergus Kelly, Upper Lane Road, Greysteel, Co. Londonderry was convicted at Londonderry Magistrates Court on 18 June 2009 of one charge under the Cattle Identification (Enforcement) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998.
Mr. Kelly pleaded guilty and was given a conditional discharge for six months plus £52 costs.

- Mr Kelly was convicted of one charge for failing to keep a herd register as required by Regulation 3(4) of the Cattle Identification (Enforcement) Regulations (NI) 1998 in accordance with the form set out in the Schedule to the said Regulations, contrary to Regulation 3(1) of the said Regulations.
