17 October 2008 - Farmer Convicted at Armagh Magistrate's Court

Mr Stanley Herron, 17 Drumkirk Road, Armagh was convicted at Armagh Magistrates' Court on 17 October 2008 of one charge under the Welfare of Animals (Northern Ireland) Act 1972

Mr Herron pleaded guilty and was fined £400 plus £40 costs.

  1. Mr Herron was convicted of one charge of permitting unnecessary suffering to a bovine animal contrary to section 13(g) of the Welfare of Animals (Northern Ireland) Act 1972
