Education Minister, Caitríona Ruane, has sent her best wishes to all school children. The Minister said: “I would like to send my best wishes to all the children who are today sitting the first paper in this year’s 11+ exam.
“I would say to all children to enjoy your school days and do the best you can in all your studies. I know this is a difficult time but these can be the happiest days of your young lives.
“I appreciate the important roles of parents and teachers in supporting all our children and young people.”
