Health Minister Michael McGimpsey said: “I am pleased that Norton Healthcare Ltd. and Norton Pharmaceuticals Ltd. have settled with us by paying the Department and Health Boards the sum of £807,500 and agreeing to co-operate with us. This is another of the defendant companies that has decided to settle, bringing the total amount recovered to over £1million pounds. The money recovered from Norton will be used to support the delivery of front line patient services.”
