23 June 2009 - One more case of swine flu confirmed in Northern Ireland

The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety has said that one more case of swine flu has been confirmed in Northern Ireland.

This brings the total number of cases here to 18.

This case is a female who was a contact of a previously confirmed case. She has been given antivirals and is recovering at home.

Total number of confirmed cases in Northern Ireland - 18
