A woman was convicted at Coleraine Magistrates’ Court today for failing to remove a shed erected without planning approval.
Mrs Karen Jane Houston, of 40 Isle Road, Macosquin, was fined £200 and £86 costs. She pleaded guilty to non compliance with an Enforcement Notice requiring the removal of an unauthorised shed.
The Planning Service brought the action under Article 67A (1)(a) of the planning (NI) Order 1991 (as amended).
