A man was fined £1,500 at Newry Magistrates’ Court today for failing to comply with planning regulations.
Michael McKnight, of Newtown Road, Newry, pleaded guilty to non compliance with a Planning Enforcement Notice seeking the removal of various unauthorised design features and compliance with the planning approval at this address.
The Planning Service brought the action under Article 72 of the Planning (NI) Order 1991 (as amended).
