Man fined for failing to remove pigeon sheds

A man was convicted at Belfast Magistrates’ Court today for non-compliance with a Planning Enforcement Notice.

Henry William Todd, of Ballysillan Road, Belfast was fined £125 plus £92 costs for not complying with the Notice that required him to remove pigeon sheds at his property.

The Planning Service brought the action under Article 72 of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 (as amended).
