A solicitor was fined £300 at Dungannon Magistrates’ Court yesterday for breach of planning regulations.
Christopher Rafferty, Northland Place, Dungannon, County Tyrone, was convicted for displaying three unauthorised signs at his business premises contrary to the Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992.
