A flooring company was convicted at Londonderry Magistrates’ Court yesterday (December 20) for displaying signs without planning permission.
Floors 2 Go PLC, of 20c Queens Quay, was fined £500 and ordered to pay £70 costs for the continuing offence.
The Planning Service brought the prosecution under the Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992.
