Property Development company, Taggart Holdings, 17 Clarendon Road, Belfast, was fined at Newtownards Magistrates' court on Wednesday 4 July 2007 for illegal signage.
The company was charged under Article 84 of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991, with displaying an illegal sign at the corner of Primrose Hill and Saintfield Road, Belfast, and was fined £250 plus court costs.
