A used car dealer has been fined at Belfast Laganside Courts on Tuesday 26 June 2007 for failing to comply with a Planning Service Enforcement Notice.
Frank Curley, aged 44, of Carntall Road, Newtownabbey, was found guilty of failing to comply with the Notice under Article 72 of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991, which required him to discontinue the use of his land for unauthorised car sales.
Mr Curley was fined £500 plus £89 court costs.
