Nutts Corner couple fined £1,400 for enforcement breach

A father and daughter from Nutts Corner were fined £700 each plus £61 court costs at Antrim Magistrates’ Court today for an enforcement breach.

Terence Maughan and Margaret Maughan of Belfast Road, Nutts Corner, were fined for non-compliance with an Enforcement Notice served on 12th April 2006.

The Enforcement Notice related to the unauthorised stationing of caravans.
