Adrian O'Neill and Patrick O'Neill both of Derryfubble, Dungannon, were convicted for not complying with two Enforcement Notices. Adrian O'Neill was fined £150 in relation to each Notice plus £75 costs and £10 court costs. Patrick O'Neill was also fined £150 for each Notice plus £75 costs and £10 court costs.
The first Notice required the removal of a wire dog compound and the second notice requested the removal of a machinery shed and kennels, both within 28 days from which the Notices took effect. The land was then to be top soiled and reseeded.
