Alan Telford of St Dillon's Avenue, Downpatrick was fined a total of £3,000 plus costs at Downpatrick Magistrates' Court today for non compliance with Enforcement Notices.
The two Enforcement Notices related to:
- the unauthorised use of land for the purpose of a car wash, car valet business, sale of plants and associated storage of vehicles; and
- the unauthorised infilling of land, formation of hard standing, siting of portacabin and container, construction of sheds and a building for a generator, concrete ramps and erection of a wooden fence at lands south of Asda Supermarket, Ballydugan Road, Downpatrick.
Mr Telford was fined £1,500 for each offence.
