Omagh man fined for breaking planning notice
Tuesday, 13 November 2007Edward Duffy, of Rylagh Road, Omagh, County Tyrone was fined on Friday 9 November 2007 at Omagh Magistrates Court for non-compliance with a Breach of Condition Notice.
This noticed required the vehicular access, including visibility splays and any forward sight line, to be provided in accordance with the approved plans, prior to the commencement of any works or other development.
Planning Service brought this action under Article 76A of the Planning (NI) Order 1991 (as amended) and Mr Duffy was fined £100, court costs of £10 and legal costs of £75.
