Fined for illegal signage

Mr David Thompson of Killead Lodge, Killead Road, Crumlin, was fined £400 plus £83 costs on 1 September 2008 at Antrim Magistrates Court  for displaying an advertisement in contravention of the Planning Regulations.

The Planning Service brought the action under Article 84 of the Planning (NI) Order 1991 for displaying the advertisement at Tully Road, Crumlin.
