Co Armagh man fined for breach of tree preservation order

A Tandragee man has been fined £900 at Armagh Magistrates’ court today for the breach of a Tree Preservation Order.

Dr Cupples from Clare, Tandragee has been fined for the breach at Clare Glen, Tandragee.

The Magistrate fined Dr Cupples £900, with £500 awarded towards Expert Witness costs and £96 towards legal costs.
