The Minister said: “I am delighted that John Fitz Gerald has agreed to join Professor Paddy Hillyard (Chair), Joan Whiteside and Charles Coulthard (Panel members) as the fourth member of the Independent Panel tasked with reviewing Water and Sewerage services.
“John Fitz Gerald brings with him a wealth of economic experience that will be invaluable to ensuring the success of the Review.”
