The Social Security Agency Financial Investigation Unit obtained a Confiscation Order to the value of £55,798.52 against Francis McArdle (48), Glenwood Drive, Dunmurry at Craigavon Crown Court on 5 June 2009.
At the confiscation hearing, the Court agreed that the loss to the Department through the defendant’s criminal activity amounted to £58,110.20. The Court granted a Confiscation Order in amount of £55,798.52 to allow for repayments already made by the defendant to the Department.
The Confiscation Order is to be satisfied by 5 November 2009.
