The first was fined £200 for duplicate encashment of Income Support totalling £288.
The second claimed Jobseekers Allowance and Housing Benefit totalling £4,098 while failing to declare employment. He was given 75 hours community service and ordered to pay court costs of £86.
The third claimed Income Support and Housing Benefit totalling £4,730 while failing to declare employment. She was fined £240 and ordered to pay court costs of £40.
And the fourth claimed Income Support totalling £2,669 while failing to declare employment. He was fined £250 and ordered to pay court costs of £102.
All are also required to repay the money they wrongfully obtained to the Social Security Agency.
This brings to 14 the total number of successful prosecutions this year.
