Tempo man convicted of Benefit Fraud

A man was convicted at Enniskillen Magistrates’ Court yesterday for claiming benefits he was not entitled to.

He was fined £300 and given a 12 month conditional discharge for failure to declare capital while claiming Jobseekers Allowance and Rates Relief totalling £5,443. He was also ordered to pay £34 court costs.
