Lurgan man convicted of benefit fraud
Monday, 21 June 2010A man was convicted at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court for claiming benefits he was not entitled to.
The Lurgan man was given four months imprisonment for wrongful encashment of Social Fund and Jobseekers Allowance totalling £433.
He is also required to repay any outstanding money he wrongfully obtained to the Social Security Agency.
