The Social Security Agency Financial Investigation Unit obtained a Confiscation Order against Elaine Donnelly of Hollybank Drive, Newtownabbey at Belfast Crown Court today.
On 30 May 2008, the defendant was found guilty of fraudulently claiming social security benefits and was sentenced to 240 hours of community service.
At today’s confiscation hearing, the Court granted a Confiscation Order in amount of £2,836.
