The Social Security Agency Financial Investigation Unit obtained a Confiscation Order to the value of £25,593.56 against Dolores Neeson (40) of Duneane Road Antrim today at Antrim Crown Court.
On 6 December 2007 the defendant pleaded guilty to living with an undeclared partner who was in full time employment. This period of criminality was from April 2005 to April 2007and resulted in a loss of public funds amounting to £24,893.15
The Court agreed that the defendant had benefited from her criminal conduct to the amount of £26,976.71 and granted a Confiscation Order in amount of £25,593.56 to allow for repayments already made by the defendant to the Department.
