A man has been convicted at Strabane Magistrates' Court today for claiming benefits he was not entitled to.
Stephen King (48) of Station Road, Ballymagorry was given 180 hours community service and a two year conditional discharge for failing to declare capital while claiming Jobseekers Allowance totalling £5,957.
This brings to 220 the total number of successful prosecutions this year.
