A man has been convicted at Dungannon Magistrates' Court today for claiming benefits he was not entitled to.
Thomas Graham (46) of Meenagh Park, Coalisland was given a two month sentence suspended for two years for failure to declare capital while claiming Income Support totalling £3,401.
This brings to 158 the total number of successful prosecutions this year.
