A woman was convicted at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court today for wrongfully obtaining Income Support and Housing Benefit.

Between December 2002 and February 2004 Margaret Liggett (46) of The Beeches, Portadown, had failed to disclose her partner's earnings while claiming £6,266 in benefits.
