MCGUINNESS PAYS TRIBUTE TO SEAMUS BRENNAN
Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness has extended his sympathies to the family of former Fianna Fáil Minister Seamus Brennan who died today.
Mr Brennan had served in several ministerial posts until his retirement from public life earlier this year through illness.
Mr McGuinness said: “In the many engagements which have taken place between our administrations I have always found Seamus to be someone with whom real progress could be made on issues of significant benefit to our people.
“I would like to take this opportunity to convey my sympathy to his wife Ann and his family.”
