First Minister expresses sadness at passing of former Chief Constable

First Minister Peter D. Robinson MP, MLA has expressed his sadness at the death of former Chief Constable Sir John Hermon last night.

Mr Robinson said: “Sir John Hermon was an outstanding Chief Constable who served his country through some of its most difficult times. I deeply regret the passing of a great public servant and offer my condolences to his wife Sylvia, the family and loved ones at this difficult time.”
