The Mental Health NI (Amendment) Order 2018

The Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2018 come into operation on 3 January 2019.  This follows a joint DAERA / Food Standards Agency Northern Ireland public consultation.

This screening deals with a statutory rule giving effect to a statutory requirement to specify the percentage that will be used to revalue the “protected payment” element of a new State pension for persons who reach State pension age on or after 9 April 2019.

This screening deals with a statutory rule which allows for the revaluation of new State pension scheme pension credits and debits that arise when a pension sharing order is made by the courts where divorce proceedings commence from 6 April 2016.

This screening deals with new guidance for safety of sports grounds.

The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Londonderry) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018 (S.R. No. 202) which will come into operation on 28 December 2018.

The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Schools (Part-Time 20mph Speed Limit) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018, (S.R. 2018 No. 203), which comes into operation on 3 December 2018.

The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Waiting Restrictions (Toome) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018 (S.R. 2018 No. 201) which will come into operation on 28 December 2018.

The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting Restrictions (Cookstown) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018, (S.R. 2018 No. 198), which comes into operation on 21 December 2018.

The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting Restrictions (Dungannon) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018 (S.R. No. 197) which will come into operation on 21 December 2018.

The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting Restrictions (Magherafelt) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018, (S.R. 2018 No. 199), which comes into operation on 21 December 2018.

The DoH is responsible for processing applications for the production, supply and possession of controlled drugs to individuals or bodies corporate not authorised to do so under The Misuse of Drugs Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002
