This Memorandum of Understanding has been agreed between the Commission for Railway Regulation (CRR) and the Rail Safety Authority as the National Safety Authorities in Ireland and Northern Ireland respectively.

This Memorandum of Understanding sets out principles for collaboration between the Office of Rail and Road (ORR), the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland (HSENI) and the Rail Safety Authority with regard to rail safety in Northern Ireland.
