The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Loading Bays on Roads (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2025.
Consultation description
The Order will introduce a loading bay for the use of all vehicles loading and unloading certain goods on a length of Park Avenue, Derry/Londonderry to operate at any time on all days. Vehicles are excepted from the prohibitions in certain circumstances.

Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail address below or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 028 8225 4085.
